Cocoa is one of the most important products that we have.
On this tour you can see the whole process by which chocolate is derived from planting a seed.
It is a handmade process that we practice at the traditional style, in order to improve our quality of life by selling organic cocoa.
The tour includes:
- Visit an organic cocoa farm to learn about the different species of cocoa seeds and test directly from the tree.
- Participate in the cocoa craft processing, working with the seed to extract the liquid cocoa and the preparation of chocolate bars.
- Taste the chocolate bars, accompanied by yanikeke, traditional bread made with flour and coconut.
